熱塑性材料替代中壓設(shè)備中環(huán)氧絕緣體的可行性研究

摘 要:基于對開關(guān)設(shè)備所用材料環(huán)保、回收再利用的要求,分析了環(huán)氧樹脂在使用中不環(huán)保及性能方面的缺陷,確定采用環(huán)保熱塑性工程塑料作為新材料替代熱固性環(huán)氧樹脂。通過分析PA、PC、PPO等熱塑性工程塑料的力學(xué)、電性能及加工特性,篩選出新材料的基體樹脂,依據(jù)材料特性確定改性路徑,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析所制備的不同改性材料樣片,研究出材料配方、改性工藝。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,新型環(huán)保熱塑性復(fù)合絕緣材料質(zhì)量輕、強(qiáng)度高、無毒無害阻燃且可回收再利用,滿足中壓開關(guān)設(shè)備對絕緣材料性能的要求。

Investigation of Thermoplastic Composite Material Replacing Epoxy Insulator in Medium Voltage Switchgear

Abstract: Based on the requirements of environmental protection and recycling of the material used for switching equipment, this paper analyzed the non environmental protection and the performance defects during the use of epoxy resin and determined that the environmental thermoplastic engineering plastics were used to replace the thermosetting epoxy resin. After mechanical, electrical and machining properties of these engineering thermoplastics, such as PA, PC and PPO were analyzed, this paper selected the suitable matrix resin of material, confirmed the modified path according to the material properties, carried out experimental analysis of preparative different modified material samples, and got the material formulation and modification process of this project. The test results show that the novel environmental protection thermoplastic composite insulation material is light in quality, high in strength, non-poisonous, unharmful, anti-flaming with reclcying and reusing, which meets the requirements of insulating material property for the medium voltage switchgear.
