110 kV海纜終端外絕緣故障分析及預(yù)防措施研究

    摘 要:針對(duì)110 kV海纜A1線、A2線中發(fā)生的瓷套式戶(hù)外終端外絕緣故障,進(jìn)行故障終端檢測(cè)及事故原因分析,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)海纜故障相終端均存在外部放電痕跡,并伴有燒灼痕跡及金屬熔化物。故障原因與區(qū)域特殊氣候條件有較大關(guān)系,分析認(rèn)為終端套管覆冰引起表面電場(chǎng)不均勻度加劇,在融冰過(guò)程中套管表面的鹽污會(huì)增加泄漏電流,最終沿冰層表面發(fā)生閃絡(luò)。通過(guò)電場(chǎng)仿真驗(yàn)證了覆冰、污穢以及加裝硅橡膠增爬傘裙對(duì)終端外部電場(chǎng)的影響,結(jié)果表明加裝增爬傘裙可以增加爬電距離,對(duì)防止冰閃有效果。為預(yù)防此類(lèi)故障發(fā)生,可對(duì)終端套管進(jìn)行防鹽蝕處理、噴涂防污閃材料、加裝增爬傘裙,并提升海纜在線監(jiān)測(cè)和狀態(tài)檢測(cè)水平。

Study on Diagnosis and Preventive Measures of 110 kV Submarine Cable Terminal External Insulation Fault

    Abstract: Fault terminal diagnosis and the cause of the accident were analyzed for the external insulation fault of porcelain sleeve outdoor terminal in line A1 and line A2 of 11 0 kV submarine cable. Site detection showed that the fault phase terminal has external discharge traces, accompanied by burning traces and metal melting. The cause of the fault was related to the regional special climatic conditions. It is concluded that the bushing surface icing increased the unevenness of the surface electric field, and the salt current on the bushing surface would increase the leakage current during the melting process. Finally the flashover happened along the icing surface. The electric field simulation verified the effect of ice coating, contamination and the addition of silicone rubber creepage extender on the external electric field of the terminal. The results show that the installation of the creepage extender can increase the creepage distance and prevent the icing flashover. In order to prevent such failures, the terminal bushing can be treated with anti-corrosion treatment, spray anti-pollution flashover material, install the creepage extender, so as to improve the level of online monitoring and condition detection in submarine cable.
