二沖程活塞發(fā)動機點火系統的設計與仿真

摘 要:針對傳統點火系統進行優(yōu)化設計,提出一種高能高速活塞發(fā)動機用點火系統,尤其適用于二沖程高速汽油活塞機。該設計利用變頻反激變換升壓電路提升點火線圈充電電壓,并在點火線圈中反向嵌入永磁體增加點火能量,最后將提高點火線圈功率開關的鉗位電壓提高至800 V,提升了火花塞的擊穿等級,理論計算和仿真結果表明,所提出的設計思路可以有效提升點火系統的點火能量和點火頻率。

Design and Simulation of a Spark Ignition System for Two Stroke Piston Engine

Abstract: Aiming at the optimization design of a traditional ignition system, this paper proposed a kind of high energy spark ignition system for high speed piston engine, especially suitable for direct-injected gasoline two stroke engines. The boosted variable-frequency flyback converter was used to promote the ignition coil charging voltage and a piece of permanent magnet was embedded into the ignition coil to increase the ignition energy. With the clamp voltage across IGBTs promoted to 800 V, the spark plug break-down voltage was improved. Theoretical calculation and simulation results show that the proposed design thought can promote the ignition energy and frequency of the
ignition system.
