    摘 要:隨著甘肅全省110 kV以上變電站調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋,現(xiàn)有省調(diào)電量系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)容量已無法滿足全省110 kV廠站的接入需求,闡述了該省電能量計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對軟硬件的配置進(jìn)行了分析,并給出了省地一體化電能量采集管理系統(tǒng)升級的實(shí)施方案。通過省地一體化電能量采集管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),不僅擴(kuò)展完善電能量采集范圍,提升電網(wǎng)模型共享的能力,同時(shí)也全面提升了電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)的綜合運(yùn)用能力與智能化管理水平。

Research and Discussion of Integration Electric Energy Acquisition
Management System Construction in Gansu Province

    Abstract: With the full coverage implementation of scheduling data of transformer substation above 110 kV in Gansu Province, the existing provincial power transmission capacity of the data system capacity has been unable to meet the provincial 110 kV plant access needs of the station. This paper expounded the development status of the provincial electric energy metering system, carried out analysis for the configuration of software and hardware and gave the implementation plan of the provincial integration electric energy acquisition management. Through the integration of provincial electric energy collection and management system construction, not only the acquisition of electric energy was expanded and improved to enhance the ability to share grid models, but also the comprehensive utilization of power grid operating data was comprehensively enhanced, as well as the intelligent management.
