一種斷路器新型操作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:針對斷路器觸頭聯(lián)動的傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)存在的缺陷,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)。對現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了介紹,給出了新轉(zhuǎn)軸結(jié)構(gòu)的工作原理,并對新轉(zhuǎn)軸的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了分析,通過對比兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、可靠性、工藝性及機(jī)械壽命,證明新結(jié)構(gòu)裝配簡單可靠,解決了傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)軸的加工工藝復(fù)雜,鉚接變形、松動的缺陷,提高了產(chǎn)品機(jī)械壽命,驗(yàn)證了該轉(zhuǎn)軸的可靠性。

New Type of Operation Device Design for a Kind of Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Aiming at the defect existing in the traditional circuit breaker contact-linked shaft structure, this paper designed a new kind of shaft structure. This paper introduced the existing structure, gave the working principle of new shaft structure and analyzed the strength of new shaft structure. The comparison of the two structure’s strength, reliability, usability and mechanical life verifies that the new structure is easy to assemble reliably, which overcomes the defects including the complex processing technique, rivetingdeformation and working loose of traditional shaft structure, raises the mechanical life of products and verifies the reliability of this shaft.
