中壓斷路器有限元分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:利用Ansys軟件建立有限元模型,對(duì)24 kV真空斷路器極柱三維模型通過(guò)定性分析,選取恰當(dāng)?shù)亩S特征截面,并相應(yīng)調(diào)整邊界條件來(lái)進(jìn)行靜電場(chǎng)數(shù)值仿真計(jì)算,為了使極柱的可靠性更高,對(duì)電場(chǎng)分布進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算和優(yōu)化,為極柱的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供理論參考。

Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimization Design of Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker

Abstract: The software Ansys was used to establish the finite element analysis model. The three-dimensional model of 24 kV vacuum circuit breaker pole column was qualitatively analyzed with the selection of suitable two-dimension characteristic section and the corresponding boundary condition was adjusted to calculate the static electric field simulating calculation. In order to improve the reliability of pole column, the numerical calculation of electric field distribution optimization was carried out to provide the theory reference for the structural design of pole columns.
