某220 kV智能變電站主變間隙保護誤動分析

摘 要:通過對某220 kV智能變電站主變保護誤動事故進行分析,得出影響保護誤動的因素:一是專業(yè)人員對設(shè)備的原理和處理方法缺乏了解,現(xiàn)場難以發(fā)現(xiàn)一些隱性故障;二是在設(shè)備檢修過程中,對安全措施的制定方法和程度難以準確掌握,容易人為造成隱性故障。指出運行及檢修人員要深入了解智能變電站技術(shù),提高繼電保護運行可靠性,準確隔離電網(wǎng)故障。

Analysis of Main Transformer Gap Protection Malfunction in Certain 220 kV Smart Substation

Abstract: Based on the analysis of main transformer protection malfunction accident in certain 220 kV smart substation, it is concluded that there were two main factors to affect on protection malfunction. On the one hand, the specialized persons did not know the principles and methods of the equipment, and it was hard to find some hidden faults at the scene, on the other hand, in the process of equipment maintenance, the method and degree of safety measures were difficult to be accurately mastered, and it was easy to cause man-made hidden faults. It is pointed out that the operation and maintenance personnel should have in-depth knowledge of smart substation technology to improve the operation reliability of relay protection.
