絕緣柵雙極型晶體管串聯(lián)閥過流保護(hù)研究

摘 要:高壓絕緣柵雙極型晶體管(IGBT)串聯(lián)閥有多種過電流保護(hù)方法,提出了一種新的IGBT串聯(lián)閥過流保護(hù)技術(shù)。該技術(shù)方案包括閥組控制單元、過流檢測單元及柔性羅氏線圈,過流檢測單元檢測流過串聯(lián)閥組電流情況,并將光脈沖回報給閥組控制單元,閥組控制單元根據(jù)回報的光脈沖改變閥組觸發(fā)脈沖,從而保護(hù)高壓串聯(lián)閥組。搭建了10 kV的IGBT直接串聯(lián)式靜止同步補(bǔ)償器(STACOM),試驗驗證了該方案可以滿足故障保護(hù)需要。

Research on Overcurrent Protection of Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator Series Valve

Abstract: There are a variety of overcurrent protection methods for high-voltage insulated gate bipolar translator (IGBT) series valves. This paper presented a new kind of IGBT series valves overcurrent protection technology, whose scheme comprised a valve group control unit, an overcurrent detection unit and a flexible Roche coil. The overcurrent detection unit detected the current flow through the series valve group and returned the light pulse to the valve group control unit. The unit changes the valve group trigger pulse according to the return light pulse, thus protecting the high pressure series valve group. 10 kV IGBT direct series STACOM is built, and the feasibility of this scheme is verified in STACOM test.
