基于OCSVM的氣體絕緣組合電器故障檢測

    摘 要:為了檢測氣體絕緣組合電器(GIS)故障,提出了一種基于單分類支持向量機(OCSVM)的設備故障檢測方法。該方法以選取GIS金屬外殼振動加速度以及氣體壓力作為狀態(tài)監(jiān)測量,為了解決設備振動幅值受負載變化影響的問題,提取外殼振動信號峭度因子,與氣體壓力共同作為狀態(tài)特征量;利用GIS正常狀態(tài)特征量數(shù)據訓練OCSVM模型,得到設備故障檢測器,并利用故障檢測器檢測當前狀態(tài)特征變量的異常程度來實現(xiàn)設備故障的檢測,現(xiàn)場實測數(shù)據分析結果驗證了該方法的有效性。

Fault Detection of Gas Insulated Switchgear Based on One Class Support Vector Mechine

    Abstract: In order to detect the fault of Gas insulated switchgear, a fault detection method based on one class support vector machine (OCSVM) is proposed.In this method, the vibration acceleration and gas pressure of the GIS metal casing are selected as the state monitoring variables.In order to solve the problem that the vibration amplitude of GIS metal enclosure is affected by the load, the kurtosis of the metal enclosure vibration signal is extracted and the gas pressure is used as the state characteristic quantity.The OCSVM model is trained by using the GIS normal state feature data to obtain the equipment fault detector, and the fault detector is used to detect the abnormal degree of the current state characteristic variables to realize the detection of equipment faults.The results of field measurement data analysis verify the effectiveness of the method.
