    摘 要:以高壓開關(guān)智能化構(gòu)架為背景,基于126 kV真空斷路器反力特性和操作速度要求確定驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),針對(duì)斷路器驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)特殊的工況對(duì)智能化電器驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和電磁設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行論述。建立驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的有限元仿真模型并搭建126 kV真空斷路器電機(jī)操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),結(jié)果表明電機(jī)可以滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求和斷路器分合閘的性能要求,電機(jī)輸出與負(fù)載特性匹配度高,具有體積小、電感小、響應(yīng)速度快的優(yōu)點(diǎn),易于實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制。

Design of Driving Motor of Motor Operating Mechanism Under
Intelligent Framework

    Abstract: Using the intelligent architecture of high-voltage switch as the background, the design goal of the drive motor is determined based on the reaction force characteristics of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker and the operating speed requirements, and according to the special working conditions of the circuit breaker drive motor, the structure design and electromagnetic design scheme of the intelligent electrical appliance drive motor are discussed. It establishes a finite element simulation model of the drive motor and build an experimental platform for the drive motor of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism, the results show that the motor can meet the design requirements and the performance requirements of circuit breaker opening and closing. The motor output has a high matching degree with the load characteristics, has the advantages of small size, small inductance, and fast response speed, and is easy to intelligent control.
