    摘 要:由于站用變壓器長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行在高電壓、高場(chǎng)強(qiáng)和負(fù)載電流條件下,所處環(huán)境工況復(fù)雜,其絕緣性能失效事件時(shí)有發(fā)生。通過(guò)紅外熱像儀測(cè)溫、長(zhǎng)焦相機(jī)拍照的帶電檢測(cè)方法,結(jié)合離線電氣試驗(yàn),分析了一起 35 kV 干式絕緣站用變壓器因局部機(jī)械受損、運(yùn)行環(huán)境濕度大,從而導(dǎo)致其繞組環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂絕緣性能下降并發(fā)生沿面放電,進(jìn)而引起局部異常發(fā)熱的案例,并介紹了修復(fù)方案和預(yù)防措施,為保障站用變壓器的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和維修試驗(yàn)提供了參考。

    Abstract: The insulation failure event of station transformers is a frequent occurrence due to the long-term operation of the transformers for power stations under high voltage and high electric stress, overload current, and complex working conditions. This paper analyzed a typical case a 35 kV dry-type insulation substation transformer has a local heating phenomenon. The phenomenon is caused by the insulation of epoxy resin winding decreasing and creeping discharge, which was triggered by the mechanical fault and high environmental relative humidity.This article introduces the repair plan and preventive measures, which could provide a reference for ensuring the safe and stable operation and maintenance test of the transformers for power stations.
