基于費(fèi)控電表的充電樁研究與應(yīng)用

    摘 要:現(xiàn)階段由于充電樁內(nèi)的電費(fèi)計(jì)量模塊不能接入電網(wǎng)公司電表系統(tǒng),電網(wǎng)公司需額外加裝電表獲取充電數(shù)據(jù)。設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于費(fèi)控電表的充電樁,整合電表與充電樁的重復(fù)功能模塊。利用 STM32F103C8T6 微控制器結(jié)合控制器局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)總線完成充電樁與費(fèi)控電表之間的電氣連接和交互控制,并進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)開發(fā)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明相較于傳統(tǒng)充電樁,基于費(fèi)控電表的充電樁可以簡(jiǎn)化充電樁結(jié)構(gòu),降低充電樁制造、安裝成本,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)汽車和電網(wǎng)間的互聯(lián)。

Fee-Controlled Electricity Meter

    Abstract: There is a problem that the electricity metering module in the charging pile cannot be connected to the meter system of the grid company so that the grid company needs to install an additional meter to obtain charging data. This research designed a charging pile based on the fee-controlled electricity meter to solve the problem. This design could integrate the repetition function modules of the electricity meter and the charging pile. Moreover, this study used the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller and the CAN bus to complete the electrical connection and interactive control between the charging pile and fee-controlled meter and verified the developed prototype. The results show that the new charging pile could refine the traditional one, such as simplify the structure, reducing the cost of production and installation. Untimely,it enhances the interconnection between the electric vehicle and the power grid.
