硅橡膠套管絕緣能力提升研究

    摘 要:為提高硅橡膠套管的絕緣能力,對放電硅橡膠套管進(jìn)行仿真計算,研究了接地屏蔽對硅橡膠套管中心導(dǎo)體、傘群表面電場的影響,并從接地屏蔽尺寸及形狀等方面對硅橡膠套管接地屏蔽進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn),改進(jìn)后的硅橡膠套管中心導(dǎo)體表面電場裕度明顯提升。對改進(jìn)后的硅橡膠套管進(jìn)行絕緣試驗驗證,絕緣性能滿足了使用要求。

Research on Insulation Ability Improvement of Silicone Rubber Bushing

    Abstract: This paper simulated and calculated the discharge silicone rubber bushing to improve the insulation capacity. It studied the influence of the ground shield on the center conductor of the silicon isolator and the surface electric field of the umbrella group. It optimized and improved the ground shield of the silicone rubber bushing in terms of size and shape.The surface electric field margin has been promoted by using the improved center conductor of the silicone rubber bushing. This research carries out the insulation test of the improved silicone rubber bushing and verifies that the insulation performance meets the requirements.
