550 kV氣體絕緣母線新型彈簧觸頭設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:氣體絕緣母線是一種傳輸容量大、可靠性高的輸電設(shè)備,螺旋彈簧觸頭是母線模塊重要組成部件。根據(jù)電壓等級(jí)及絕緣水平,設(shè)計(jì)一款新型彈簧觸頭,改進(jìn)導(dǎo)電桿和螺旋彈簧結(jié)構(gòu),且校核螺旋彈簧通流能力,利用有限元軟件對(duì)觸頭結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過(guò)計(jì)算觸頭接觸壓力,校核熱穩(wěn)定性,確保了新型彈簧觸頭設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。

Design of New Type of Spring Contact for 550 kV Gas Insulated Busbar

Abstract: The gas-insulated busbar is a power transmission device with a large transmission capacity and high reliability. The coil spring contact is a vital component of the busbar module.This research designed a new type of spring contact based on the voltage level and insulation level.It improved the structure of the conductive rod and the coil spring, checked the current capacity of the coil spring, and used finite element software to optimize the contact structure.This paper ensures the rationality of the new type of spring contact design by calculating the contact pressure of the contacts and checking the thermal stability.
