電采暖負(fù)荷-氣溫耦合特性與可調(diào)節(jié)潛力分析

摘 要:為評(píng)估電采暖可調(diào)節(jié)潛力,基于新疆某地區(qū)實(shí)際情況開展電采暖負(fù)荷- 氣溫耦合特性研究。分析了該地區(qū)的電源、負(fù)荷和冬季大負(fù)荷期間電力平衡情況,結(jié)合該地電采暖負(fù)荷裝機(jī)及采暖期用戶使用情況,開展電采暖負(fù)荷-氣溫耦合特性研究,并采用正弦和擬合法根據(jù)氣溫實(shí)現(xiàn)電采暖負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)。根據(jù)電采暖負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,對(duì)電采暖可調(diào)節(jié)潛力進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明電采暖作為柔性負(fù)荷具備可觀的可調(diào)節(jié)力。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the adjustable potential of electric heating, a study on the coupling characteristics of electric heating load-temperature is carried out in some area of Xinjiang. The paper first analyzes the power supply, load and power balance in winter in this area. Then, based on the installed electric heating load and usage of the heating period, it conducts a study on the coupling characteristics of electric heating load-temperature, and uses sine sum fitting method to achieve electric heating load prediction according to the temperature. Third, it analyzes the electric heating adjustable potential based on the above prediction results, which shows that the electric heating as a flexible load has considerable adjustable potential.
