地區(qū)級電網(wǎng)新能源AVC控制分析與應(yīng)用

摘 要:風(fēng)能、光伏發(fā)電站參與調(diào)壓控制,必要時可為電網(wǎng)提供緊急無功支撐,達(dá)到滿足電能質(zhì)量和降低網(wǎng)損的要求。闡述了地區(qū)級電網(wǎng)新能源 AVC 控制 (Automatic Voltage Control) 的原理及實際應(yīng)用,總結(jié)歸納了新能源 AVC 控制并網(wǎng)接入的常見問題,通過 35 kV 新能源 AVC 子站接入地區(qū)級主站實例的綜合實驗,證明了新能源 AVC 控制在曲線下發(fā)、閉環(huán)控制策略及電壓跟隨等功能的有效性,同時在響應(yīng)上具備較好的跟隨性和快速性。

Analysis and Application of New Energy AVC
Control in Regional Power Grids

Abstract: Wind and photovoltaic power stations participate in voltage regulation control, so they can provide emergent reactive power support for power grids when necessary to meet the requirements of high power quality and low network loss. The paper expounds the principle and practical application of new energy AVC(Automatic Voltage Control) of regional power grids, and summarizes common problems of new energy AVC control grid access. This control method passes the comprehensive experiment of 35 kV new energy AVC substation accessing to the regional master station, demonstrates the effectiveness of functions such as curve release, closed-loop control and voltage follow-up, and has good follow-up and speediness in response.
