基于圖像識別的二次安全措施布置工具開發(fā)

    摘 要:為提升特高壓換流站二次安全措施的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)流程,提高工作效率,降低失誤率,開發(fā)了基于圖像識別的二次安全措施布置工具。設(shè)計了帶自鎖功能可測電流的便攜式試驗線,通過在接線過程中實時顯示電流和接觸壓力避免端子虛接,利用自鎖功能解決接線誤碰脫落;開發(fā)了基于圖像識別的復(fù)原校核裝置,實現(xiàn)端子連片及保護壓板復(fù)原自動校核。該工具在某換流站進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用試驗,結(jié)果表明,壓板首次復(fù)原失誤率為3.56%,軟件復(fù)原效驗檢出率可達(dá)100%,提升了特高壓換流站供電的可靠性。

    Abstract: In order to improve the standardized operation process of the secondary safety measures of the UHV converter station, improve the work efficiency and reduce the error rate, a secondary safety measures arrangement tool based on image recognition was developed. A portable test line with self-locking function to measure current is designed, which avoids terminal virtual connection by displaying the current and contact pressure in real time during the wiring process, and solves wiring accidentally touching and falling off by using the self-locking function. Then, a restoration verification device based on image recognition has been developed to realize the automatic verification of the recovery of terminal pieces and protective pressure plates. The application test of the tool was carried out in a converter station, and the results showed that the error rate of the first recovery of the pressure plate was about 3.56%, and the detection rate of the software recovery effect could reach 100%, which improved the reliability of the power supply of the UHV converter station
