鹽穴儲(chǔ)能電站絕緣銅管型母線安裝技術(shù)研究

摘 要:傳統(tǒng)的母線安裝工藝存在效率低下、質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定和安全隱患等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)絕緣銅管型母線安裝過(guò)程中的施工效率、施工質(zhì)量和作業(yè)安全性進(jìn)行深入研究,并提出一種穩(wěn)定、高效且可靠的施工新技術(shù)。介紹了該施工新技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、適用范圍及工藝原理,經(jīng)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證,該技術(shù)不僅能夠顯著提升安裝效率,保證施工質(zhì)量,還能有效增強(qiáng)作業(yè)安全性,為類似工程提供了寶貴的參考和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Research on Installation Technology of Insulated Copper Tubular
Busbar for Salt Cave Energy Storage Power Station

Abstract: The traditional busbar installation process has problems such as low efficiency, unstable quality and safety hazards. In this paper,the construction efficiency, construction quality and operational safety of insulated copper tubular busbar installation process are studied in depth, and a stable, efficient and reliable construction technology is proposed. The characteristics, scope of application and process principle of the new construction technology are introduced, and the practical application verifies that the technology can not only significantly improve the installation efficiency, ensure the construction quality, but also effectively enhance the operational safety, which provides valuable reference and experience for similar projects.
