基于鯨魚優(yōu)化算法定向過流繼電器優(yōu)化協(xié)調(diào)策略

    摘 要:定向過流繼電器(DOCRs)的最佳協(xié)調(diào)在多回路電力系統(tǒng)的保護中至關(guān)重要。提出了一種鯨魚優(yōu)化算法(WOA),并將 WOA 應(yīng)用于多回路電力系統(tǒng)中,以實現(xiàn) DOCRs 的最優(yōu)協(xié)調(diào)。DOCRs 協(xié)調(diào)問題基本上是一個高度約束的優(yōu)化問題,通過 WOA 求解有約束和無約束優(yōu)化問題,定義新的目標(biāo)函數(shù),并使用整定時間系數(shù)和抽頭整定值上的邊界作為變量的限制,將中繼協(xié)調(diào)問題轉(zhuǎn)換為無約束優(yōu)化問題進行求解。在三、六、九總線的 3 個測試系統(tǒng)中采用 WOA 進行了仿真。結(jié)果表明,WOA 的收斂速度較快,能夠在較少的迭代次數(shù)內(nèi)獲得最優(yōu)解,實現(xiàn)了繼電協(xié)調(diào)的運行時間最小化,是一種有效可靠的 DOCRs 協(xié)調(diào)工具。

    Abstract: Optimal coordination of directional over current relays (DOCRs) is crucial in the protection of multi-loop power systems. A whale optimization algorithm (WOA) is proposed and applied to multi-loop power systems to achieve optimal coordination of DOCRs.The coordination problem of DOCRs is inherently a highly constrained optimization problem. This study addresses both constrained and unconstrained optimization via the WOA by defining a novel objective function and transforming relay coordination into an unconstrained optimization problem, using boundaries of time dial setting (TDS) and plug setting (PS) as variable constraints. Simulations were carried out using WOA in three test systems of 3, 6 and 9 buses. The results show that WOA converges faster, can obtain the optimal solution in fewer iterations, achieves the minimization of the runtime of relay coordination, and is an effective and reliable coordination tool for directional overcurrent relays.
