基于北斗通信的變壓器監(jiān)控報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要: 針對(duì)戶外配電變壓器監(jiān)控的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了具有數(shù)據(jù)采集處理和報(bào)警功能的變壓器監(jiān)控報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方案,給出了系統(tǒng)的硬件電路和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)選用MSP430F149 為控制單元,MAXQ3180 為運(yùn)行參數(shù)采集單元,以RD120-2W 為核心的北斗短報(bào)文通信單元,以及采樣電路、液晶顯示電路、電源電路等周圍電路組成。經(jīng)過實(shí)際測(cè)試,監(jiān)控報(bào)警終端具有功能豐富、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)、工作穩(wěn)定可靠的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Design of Monitoring and Alarm System for Transformer Based on Beidou Communication

Abstract: In allusion to the demand of outdoor distribution transformer monitoring, this paper designed the transformer monitoring alarm system with functions of data collection processing and alarm. The modular designing scheme was adopted, the hardware circuits and software design of the system given. The system selected MSP430F149 as the central control unit, MAXQ3180 as the operation parameter acquisition unit, and RD120-2W as Beidou short message communication unit and other peripheral compositions of sampling circuit, LCD circuit, power circuit etc. After practical testing, the monitoring alarm terminal shows its advantages of rich function, strong practicability and reliability.
