基于層次分析法的電力物資供應(yīng)商分類方法

摘 要:采購價(jià)格合理、質(zhì)量過硬的電力設(shè)備,是電力行業(yè)物資采購部門的重要任務(wù)。從電力物資屬性和供應(yīng)商屬性兩個(gè)維度建立了供應(yīng)商分類指標(biāo)體系,引入層次分析法進(jìn)行權(quán)重計(jì)算,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同物資類別的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行科學(xué)分類。應(yīng)用實(shí)例結(jié)果表明,基于層次分析法的電力物資供應(yīng)商分類方法為電力企業(yè)優(yōu)化采購策略、完善供應(yīng)商管理體系提供了參考。

Power Materials Suppliers Classification Method Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

Abstract: Purchasing reasonable price and good quality power equipment is an important task of power industry purchase department. Suppliers classification index system was established from the two dimensions of power materials category and suppliers category. Analytic hierarchy process method was introduced to carry out right weight calculation to realize scientific classification for classified suppliers of different materials. The actual application example shows that the suppliers classification method based on analytic hierarchy process has provided references for optimizing purchasing strategy and completing suppliers management system of power enterprise.
