一起500 kV斷路器拒動故障原因分析及改進(jìn)措施

摘 要:介紹了倒閘操作過程中5051 斷路器分閘不成功事件過程,通過對該故障斷路器進(jìn)行拆分檢查、測試及分析,指出該斷路器發(fā)生軸承銹蝕導(dǎo)致合閘彈簧未完全釋放,不能給分閘彈簧儲能,是斷路器分閘不成功的主要原因,針對此類斷路器故障并從一次結(jié)構(gòu)、二次信號回路等方面提出改進(jìn)措施,避免了斷路器拒動故障的發(fā)生。

Analysis and Improvement Measures of Refusal-Operation Failure Cause of 500 kV Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Introduction was made to the refusal-operation of 5051 circuit breakers in the process of switching operation. This paper carried out splitting inspection, test and analysis for the malfunction circuit breaker and pointed out that the rusting bearings made the closing spring not completely released in the circuit breaker, which couldn’t store energy for the tripping spring, being the main reason of unsuccessful tripping of the circuit breaker. In allusion to this type of circuit breakers faults, the primary structure and the second signal circuits, this paper proposed improved measures, so as to prevent the circuit breakers refusal-operation from happening.
