剩余電流保護(hù)器抗浪涌電流沖擊性能的方法研究

摘 要:浪涌電流沖擊試驗本身方法的不恰當(dāng),可能導(dǎo)致試品在試驗過程中損毀。以電子式1P+N 剩余電流保護(hù)器為分析對象,結(jié)合浪涌電流發(fā)生器及試驗電路的原理,闡述了該類剩余電流保護(hù)器因測試設(shè)備影響而產(chǎn)生故障的原因,針對3 000 A 浪涌電流沖擊試驗中試品RCD 發(fā)生故障開展分析并提出了改進(jìn)措施。

Research on Anti Surge Current Impact Property of Residual Current Protector

Abstract: The improper surge current impact test itself might lead to the samples damaging in the process of the test. Taking 1P+N electronic residual current protector for the analytic target and combining with the principle of surge current generator and testing circuit, this paper expounded this sort of residual current protectors failure causes because of test equipment influences. Aiming at the testing products RCD malfunction in 3 000A surge current impact test, this paper carried out analysis and proposed the improved measures.
