    摘 要:電動(dòng)汽車(chē)群聚性充放電行為會(huì)給配電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)沖擊。提出了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電站在主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)中的四層智能管理控制系統(tǒng):頂層為主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)的能量?jī)?yōu)化分配;中間層為充電站級(jí)控制系統(tǒng),根據(jù)頂層指令及負(fù)荷高峰情況,按照強(qiáng)制和協(xié)議兩種模式,控制底層系統(tǒng);底層為本地控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)充電電流和功率的調(diào)節(jié);用戶層為信息接收響應(yīng)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶與主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)的“互動(dòng)”。對(duì)該智能管理控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車(chē)在主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)中一些新技術(shù)進(jìn)行了展望。

Intelligent Management and Control System for Electric Vehicle Charging
Station in Active Power Distribution Network

    Abstract: The cybotaxis charging and discharging behavior of lots of electric vehicle (EV) will greatly impact on power grid. This paper proposed an intelligent management and control system with four layers for the active power distribution network (ADN) of EV charging station. The top level system was ADN control system, which realized optimal allocation of energy in distribution network. The middle level system was EV charging station control system, which could control the local system in compulsive or consultative way in accordance with instructions from the top level and the load stress condition. The bottom system was the local control system which could adjust charging current and power. The customer level system received and responded to the information, realizing EV and power grid interaction.This paper expounded the design thought of the intelligent management and control system and expected some new techniques of EV in ADN.
